PURCHASING TICKETS DURING THE FESTIVAL
Note: All venues accept cash only except the Director's Guild of America, where credit cards, cash and checks are also accepted.
ADVANCE TICKETS
Available until 6:00pm the day before at the Directors Guild of America, over the phone or online.
SAME DAY TICKETS
Available in person at the venue box office where the screening is being held. Tickets go on sale one hour prior to the venue's first screening of the day.
STAND-BY TICKETS
Stand-by lines for sold-out programs will form one hour prior to screening start time. Stand-by tickets will be sold, pending availability, 15 minutes prior to screening time.
STUDENT AND SENIOR RUSH TICKETS
$5 tickets, pending availability, will be sold to full-time students (with ID) and seniors (65 years and older with ID) 15 minutes prior to screening time after stand-by tickets have been sold.
HOW TO COLLECT YOUR PRE-ORDERED TICKETS
TICKETS ORDERED BEFORE JUNE 30
All tickets ordered via phone or online sales by June 30 will be mailed. A $2 postage and handling fee will be added to all of these orders, except orders containing tickets to the Opening Night Gala. Those orders will be mailed free of charge.
TICKETS ORDERED AFTER JUNE 30
Pre-Festival Will Call
Tickets ordered via phone or online sales after June 30 will be available for collection at the Directors Guild of America, Monday-Saturday, 11:00am-6:00pm (closed Wednesday, July 4). To ensure customer satisfaction, we strongly encourage you to pick up your tickets at the DGA before the festival begins.
Festival Will Call
Tickets ordered after June 30 will also be available at Will Call at the venue of your first screening. Unclaimed tickets will remain at your first screening's venue (excluding Opening and Closing Nights).

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND TICKET POLICIES
15 MINUTE RULE
All ticket holders must arrive at the screening theatre no later than 15 minutes prior to screening start time. After this time, tickets and seating will not be guaranteed.
OUTPASS holders are guaranteed priority seating at every regular festival screening. However, OUTPASS holders must arrive at the screening theatre no later than 15 minutes prior to screening start time. After this time, OUTPASS holders will be asked to join the end of the priority ticket line.
CONSECUTIVE SCREENINGS (new policy!)
If you hold tickets to consecutive screenings in the same auditorium, you will be allowed to remain in the auditorium rather than required to join the ticket holder line outside. Similarly, OUTPASS holders who wish to attend consecutive screenings in the same auditorium will be allowed to remain in the auditorium between screenings.
PARKING TIME
Please be sure to leave sufficient time for parking at all venues (especially the Directors Guild of America). Unfortunately, OUTFEST cannot be responsible if ticket holders arrive at a theatre later than 15 minutes prior to screening time.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds or exchanges.
OUTPASSES are non-transferable.

Come early to picnic on the grounds of the John Anson Ford Amphitheater. OUTFEST Under the Stars is part of the Ford Amphitheatre 2001 Season, a multi-disciplinary arts series produced by the Los Angeles County Arts Commission in cooperation with Los Angeles County-based arts organizations.
